My experience at this relaxing hotel was decent. The breakfasts were free and the service was exceptional. The staff were absolutely perfect lot of the time. I greatly enjoyed that the downstairs bar was clean.

It was a relaxing experience overall. Breakfast was delicious with lots of fab options. Everything was beautiful as expected, even so the bathroom was not clean. Service was attentive too. Lovely location to a long-standing multilevel urban mall.

Good base for exploring Toronto. The place was quite clean, I loved its location and staff. 0.5 km from the airport. The bedroom was tiny and the bed was very super comfortable.
As for me, the area was extremely noisy.
